When the hardness of water is too high, the content of calcium and magnesium ions in the water is high, and they will chemically react with the pigment (especially magenta ink) to separate the pigment from the ink roller and the rubber roller, and the glass crystal will be formed over time. The surface is affected, which affects the transferability of the roller to the ink. Suitable for treated pure water, due to the relatively low content of calcium ions and magnesium ions, this problem rarely occurs, the hardness and chemical impurities are reduced, the conductivity is drastically decreased, the dampening solution is cheaper than that suitable for hard water, and the alcohol is lowered. Concentration, while improving the quality of the wetting system, reduces the consumption of raw materials. The use of pure water improves the spreadability of the dampening solution on the PS plate, thereby reducing the amount of dampening solution. The crystallization of the roller is greatly reduced, and the ink is very smooth during the transfer process.
